Lidded dish: Kyoto traditional vegetables! Deep-fried Kamo eggplant and conger eel
Grilled sweetfish with salt, served with homemade vinegar, and sweet and sour myoga
Miryo: Kamo eggplant soup with shrimp and snake-eye cucumber
Main dish: Roasted free-range Omi duck from Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, served with grilled vegetables
