We purchase large sweet sea bream over 1kg.It's oily and thick, so it's very satisfying to eat.Particularly recommended is the Wakasa ware shown in the photo.It is soaked in an alcohol-based pickling sauce and fried with oil.In contrast to the crispy exterior, the flesh is fluffy♪
