Grilled dish: Sweet sea bream grilled with sea urchin

- Softly simmered abalone (a type of Japanese dish)

• Main course: Steak of Kyoto-produced Wagyu beef rump steak

• Meal: Matsutake mushroom rice, red miso soup, pickles

• Desserts: Seasonal desserts
